The total work experience in legal consulting is more than 25 years.
Prior to joining the Maxima Legal team, Samantha held the positions of Director of the Legal Department of the KPMG Legal Department (now – KEPT), adviser and co-head of the real estate practice SALANS (now Nextonts (formerly Dentons).
Samantha has substantial experience in international consulting on the preparation and implementation of projects in the field of international investment, corporate law, real estate and M&A transactions.
