Has extensive experience in protecting copyright and patent rights, as well as the business reputation of clients, including in the Intellectual Property Court and the Chamber for Patent Disputes. In one of the recent court proceedings, the lawyer managed not only to defend the interests of the client, but also to develop a new position for judicial practice on the inadmissibility of retroactive disposal of exclusive rights, supported by the Intellectual Property Court.
Over the years of his practice, has collaborated with foreign and international companies involved, among others, in the IT, medical, metallurgical and automotive industries, real estate and entertainment industries.
