Andrew graduated from the Faculty of Law worked in investment and construction, general contracting organizations, territorial network organizations, law firms, for several years headed the legal departments of companies implementing housing, business and industrial and energy construction projects.
Andrew is a recognized specialist in various fields of land, urban planning, investment and civil legislation, which allows him to take into account all possible legal and procedural risks when carrying out investment and construction activities and supporting individual transactions.
In addition, the expert has substantial experience representing the interests of developers and investors in litigation related to investment and construction activities, obtaining land plots from state-owned lands; as well as territorial grid organizations and applicants – in litigation on issues of technological connection to electric networks.
